Dr. Kelly Frank, a pelvic health physical therapist who owns and operates Frankly Pelvic in Orlando, FL offers a monthly class. A Class for Girls.
Girls aged 8-12, accompanied by their trusted adult (mom, dad, grandparent, caregiver, neighbor) are invited to learn more about themselves – what’s common vs what’s normal, get ready for Puberty 101, discuss normal bowel and bladder habits, and get excited about their periods.
Each class is its own class (not a series) and are offered monthly (some months will be on Tuesdays, others will be on Saturday mornings) in Altamonte Springs, FL.
